It’s been a busy food truck season so far this year and it shows no signs of slowing down. Here’s a round-up of food truck events to mark in your calendars this summer:

Toronto Food Truck Festival at Woodbine Park
After a wildly successful first event last summer, Toronto Food Truck Festival returns to Woodbine Park on August 1 and 2. This year they’ve invited almost 20 gourmet food trucks from across the GTA to participate in the festival including fan favourites Frankie Fettuccine, Gorilla Cheese and Blue Donkey StrEATery.

Food Truck Frenzy at the CNE
The CNE will again be hosting a fleet of local gourmet food trucks along the Princes’ Gate from August 28-30. This year’s Food Truck Frenzy will see over 20 food trucks make their way to the annual Exhibition, so regardless of what you’re craving that day, you’ll surely be able to find a truck to satisfy it.

AwesTRUCK 2015 at Mississauga Celebration Square
The 4th annual AwesTRUCK Awards will be taking place at Mississauga Celebration Square this year on Saturday August 29. Similar to last year, the highly anticipated annual event will be free to the public to attend and will be hosting many of Ontario’s gourmet trucks. Food Truck Festival Ontario at Downsview Park
After a busy inaugural event, Food Truck Festival Ontario will once again be promising ‘mouthgasms’ for hungry food truck lovers on Sunday September 27 at Downsview Park. So far they’ve announced 16 gourmet trucks who will be in attendance, with a mix of local favourites like Busters Sea Cove and ME.N.U Food Truck as well as some newbies like Food Network’s Food Truck Faceoff winner, Fit to Grill and Indian fusion truck, Tdots Naansense. You can pick up your tickets now for $10 on Uniiverse.
