Kim Mickalow – multiple trucks, Sept 18

Hello,

I am an associate at TJX Canada (Winners, Marshalls & HomeSense) and we are reaching out to extend an invitation to our annual Eco-Fest on September 18, 2013 from 11am to 1pm. This event is held at our home office in Mississauga and is open to all our associates (over 1000) to attend. There is no cost to attend and you are welcome to pull up to the Festival and sell your product.

The purpose of our event is to encourage and inspire our associates to make changes in their work and home lives that are beneficial to the environment. Our focus this year is to show our associates that making changes can be simple and easy, and can be done without sacrificing the things they love.

We want to provide our associates with environmentally responsible alternatives in food, beverages, cleaning supplies, gardening, beauty products and the like. The event is held in an outdoor market setting on the lawn of our office building adjacent to our parking lot which would have roped off spaces for food trucks. The more the merrier!

If you have any questions or would like additional information do not hesitate to contact me,

Natalie Tremblay – 1 truck, June/July

We are looking to host an employee appreciation event by hosting a food truck in our parking lot. We are thinking the months of June/July. We have approximately 50 employees (approx). We would probably only need 1 truck.

As it will be in our parking lot and there are other businesses and condo’s around we thought perhaps we could provide each of our employees a “gift-certificate” for the decided menu.

Shelly Mizzi – School board anniversary

Hi, our school Carrefour des Jeunes on Centre Street in Brampton is celebrating the school Board’s 15th anniversary. Local politicians, government officials from the department of education are also on the invite list as well as the press and 600 – 800 guests. We have secured Gino’s Pizza as a vendor that day (they have agreed to sell pizza and to donate a jumpy castle in exchange! since they are a preferred vendor during the -year.) We need another vendor, it can be as simple as hot dogs, hamburgers and fries, even an ice cream vendor would be good. We can pre sell tickets for food if you like. I can be contacted by email realestate@shellyhowe.com or -

Wilna Behr – trucks for OLG event

Ontario Lottery & Gaming – Federated Health Campaign
Employees across all the OLG sites participate in this campaign which runs May 21st – June 30th Each site manages their own fundraising activities.
Wilna Behr wbehr@olg.ca and Craig MacLennan cgmaclennan@olg.ca are site chairs for the Yonge/York Mills offices.
We are very interested in finding out about opportunities for food truck fundraising (i.e. add on or % of food cost donated). We are located at the Yonge Corporate Centre (Yonge/YorkMills). Over 3,000 people work in these buildings so this would provide great exposure to your various brands. Our Landlord, Cadillac Fairview has given us permission to use half of the centre parking lot in which we could park a couple of trucks on select days. (416)224-7080
