2048531-feastoThis year’s food truck season is in full swing. With the booming food truck scene in Toronto, it’s as if a new truck is popping up on the streets every week. One of the things that distinguishes our city’s street food scene is the diversity in the food that we can see from our various trucks.

Here’s a round-up of new trucks to track down in Toronto this summer.

feasTO
Like many trucks, the feasTO team started out doing pop-up events all over the city like TUM and the Stop Night Market. They then made the leap into the food truck world by winning Food Network’s Food Truck Face-Off last year. Now you’ll be able to eat their handmade pho, OG pork and bok choi dumplings at events all summer long.

The Egg Man
At long last, we have our first gourmet breakfast food truck. You’ll be able to find them most mornings at their usual spot at Yonge & Elm.

Blazin Cajun
This truck puts a cajun twist on favourite street food dishes like their Cajun Poutine and their Catfish Po’Boys.

The Holy Grill
Both a wheelchair accessible and Halal food truck, ,The Holy Grill dishes out gourmet eats with an ethnic twist like their Mums Butter Chicken Poutine and Green Chili Chicken Tacos.

Tdot’s Naansense
This father and son duo debuted their truck at the Toronto Food+Drink Market. They specialize in fusion Indian street food. Be sure to try their Fried Butter Chicken Mac & Cheese Fritters.

Mustache Burger
Gourmet burgers and fries are the main draw at this new food truck. You can find them most days for lunch at King & John or for dinner at St. George & Harbord.

Born2Eat
Fill up on Canadian-inspired comfort foods at this food truck like their signature beet beef burger and poutines. Find them next to Mustache Burger for lunch most days at King & John.

Che Truck
This soon-to-open authentic Argentinian food truck is from the same team behind the HBT Meatball pop-up. They’ll be serving homemade empanadas and other fresh Argentinian grub when they finally hit the streets.

Fit to Grill
Yet another truck from the Food Network’s Food Truck Face-Off, the Fit to Grill truck brings a twist of bold flavours to some classic street food dishes like their signature Matchstick Poutine and Grilled Open Face Naan-wich.

Road Grill
The Road Grill truck offers up fresh made burgers and sandwiches including a top-notch steak sandwich. You’ll be able to find them out for lunch during the week by Mel Lastman Square.
