Do You Know A Good Location for Food Trucks? We Want to Know!

By on July 18, 2012

We are always on the lookout for potential food truck locations and rather than try to explore the entire City ourselves, we thought why not to ask you, our audience.

If you know a location (or own a property) that gets a significant amount of walk-by foot traffic that you think would be a good fit for food trucks, we want to know about it. We are particularly interested in locations inside the downtown core.

Some important things to keep in mind:

  • The location has to be private property
  • The location has to be zoned for commercial activity
  • The location cannot be a parking lot that charges cars to park
  • Space to accomodate a minimum of two trucks is preferable

Benefits to Business/Property Owners

Bringing food trucks to your business or commercial property will allow you to tap into the foot traffic food trucks bring as well as be included in marketing materials and social media campaigns. A condo presentation centre is a good example of a partner that could benefit from the above.
