As we gear up for the new food truck season you may see a few new trucks on the road. Get ready for everything from freshly cooked lasagna to chicken wings stuffed with pepperoni pizza.

Here’s a round-up of new food trucks to track down in Toronto this year.

I Love Lasagna
If you’re fan of lasagna then you’re going to love this food truck. The truck offers a rotating menu of lasagna including a classic take, one with spinach pasta and wild boar and even one with seafood and squid ink pasta.

Smoke’s Burritorie
Just like its restaurant on Adelaide the Smoke’s Burritorie food truck is serving up epic gourmet burritos. Menu items range from your basic chicken or steak to more outrageous offerings like burritos stuffed with poutine, pad thai and spaghetti.

Gotham Grill
You may have seen this truck hanging around King & John. They specialize in all things grilled – menu items include burgers, wraps, wings, poutine, and french fries.

Fully Loaded T.O
Now here’s something you don’t see everyday – stuffed chicken wings. The guys behind Fully Loaded T.O are taking chicken wings to the next level by stuffing them with mac and cheese, kimchi fried rice and even pepperoni pizza.

Delight Bite
If you spot a big orange truck on the streets this season it’s the Delight Bite truck. Expect to get your fill of comfort foods including wraps, burritos, quesadillas, tacos, nachos and salads.
