New rules for Toronto food trucks aren’t working

If there’s one thing that Toronto city councillors should be able to agree on it’s that the new rules put in place earlier this year for Toronto food trucks simply aren’t working. Natalia Manzocco of blogTO reached out to many of the councillors who helped shape the rules – including the contentious $5,000 license fee and 50 metre rule – and found just a couple months later they generally agree that council didn’t do enough to further the cause of street food in this city.  Read the full article here.
