Taking up part of the parking lot at Hillcrest Mall in Richmond Hill, the market there features a regular roster of trucks that serve everything from fish and chips to cheesecake on a stick. The list of trucks includes:

This location runs every Monday to Sunday from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Over at the Scarborough Town Centre (520 Progress Avenue), the second market location has a similar vibe but the truck lineup is almost completely different including:

Another Street Eats Market is set to open June 12 at Burlington GO Station on 2101 Fairview Street. That market will run every Monday to Sunday from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. The roster of food trucks at this location have not yet been announced.
