Eva’s Original Chimneys is a Toronto based food truck specializing in freshly baked Hungarian bread-like pastries known as Kurtoskalacs, or Chimney Cakes. Eva’s is also famous in Toronto for their signature Chimney Cones a.k.a doughnut cones.
Eva’s chimneys are made with a vegan dough with all-natural and mostly organic ingredients. For their ice cream they use real-cream soft serve from a local dairy farm and make most of their toppings and sauces from scratch with a local baker.
Eva’s food truck features a rotating menu of five cones and you can also purchase a cone plain. Soft serve can be swapped for coconut whipped cream for a vegan alternative and staff can advise on other vegan-friendly toppings.
