The Fidel Gastro food truck (nicknamed Priscilla) dishes out a rotating menu of extremo sandwiches and utensil-free street food. Owner Matt Basile may be best known for working the pop-up circuit around Toronto, but that’s all soon to change with the opening of a new brick and mortar restaurant, Lisa Marie and his new television series A Rebel Without a Kitchen (airing on the Travel + Escape network).
